Vehicles containing commercial signs may be parked in the garage or covered using a vehicle cover that is in good condition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Signs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NO promotional signage shall be placed on private property or in public right of ways, common areas, street corners, etc.\u00a0 \u00a0The HOA may place signage pertinent to the community as a whole in these areas.\u00a0 Signage such as FOR SALE, OPEN HOUSE, etc., may be placed only on the specific lot where the activity is taking place.\u00a0 Political signs, per Town of Summerville regulations, may be placed on individual yards only for a period of 30 days prior to election. \u00a0No commercially signed work vehicles shall be parked overnight in driveways or yards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mailboxes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All mailboxes and posts must be black. Form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Wood fencing is to be wood with 1\u2033 spacing between boards and has a &#8220;concave&#8221; or &#8220;scalloped&#8221; picket design, which is also referred to as a
