PFCCCA Dues
Annual 2026 HOA dues for a home: $250/Country Club section (pink on map) and Legacy section (blue on map), and $485/Reserve at Pine Forest section (green on map). A transfer fee of $600 is collected when a home is sold in 2026. If you mail your payment without an invoice, make sure your address is printed on your check. Send billing inquiries to billing@pineforesthoa.com.
Note: Homes in the Legacy section (blue on map) also belong to a second HOA and are also responsible for dues to that HOA.
Gables Dues
Annual HOA dues for a home located in The Gables (yellow on map): 2026 $225 due by 5/31/26, $10/month late fee. A transfer fee of $600 is collected when a home is sold in 2026.
Club amenities are NOT included in HOA dues

Completion of a Proposal Form is required for any renovations, modifications, or additions to home or lot.
