HOA Transition Team Announced!

The Board of Directors of the Pine Forest Country Club Community Association, Inc. Master HOA—Sherwood Miler III, M. Stephen Varn, and Lynn M. Goettee—have voted to enact a transition period for the HOA, moving from Developer-controlled to 100% Homeowner-controlled.

This transition period will facilitate the smooth transfer of administrative, financial, and Architectural Review Board responsibilities to the community. The current Board has selected three community members to ease us through this process.

The Transition Team will be comprised of three seasoned community members: Matt Zielke, Nick Nydegger, and Christie Fulkerson. The transition will take place over a period of time that will allow for a smooth handover, culminating in an election in January 2027.

This transition will also allow for the appointment of three new Architectural Review Board (ARB) members. These members will be responsible for handling requests for all real estate improvements and assisting in enforcing ARB and covenant violations that may arise.
