Glen Eagles Fence Addition
Over the years, the HOA Board has made deliberate infrastructure investments across our common areas to maintain the safety, security, and long-term value of our neighborhood.
In keeping with that ongoing goal, you may have noticed our recent addition of common area fencing. Across all of our fencing projects—both past and present—our decisions are guided by a few key priorities:
Safety & Hazard Prevention: Limiting unauthorized access to potentially dangerous areas or hidden hazards to ensure children and residents stay safe.
Property Protection: Eliminating unwanted foot traffic and deterring vandalism or misuse of shared community property.
Community Preservation: Investing in durable, long-term improvements that safeguard common areas for the collective good of all homeowners.
For this specific installation, we selected black metal fencing rather than wood to maintain visual harmony with the existing fairway fencing along backyards adjacent to the golf course. This material provides an open, elegant aesthetic while offering long-lasting durability with minimal ongoing maintenance costs.
We remain committed to thoughtful, proactive stewardship of our neighborhood’s shared spaces and assets. Thank you for your continued support in keeping our community safe and beautiful.
