Our annual meeting is always held on the third Tuesday of January. A notice is mailed to every homeowner in December along with a dues invoice.

The annual meeting was held on 1/18/2011 at 6:00pm at William Reeves Elementary School, 1003 DuBose School Road, Summerville, SC 29483. The notice was mailed to all homeowners on Monday, 12/13/2010. A copy of that notice is available for download here.
